Since the fall of 2008, the LTO has been contacting and meeting with interested residents and town boards and departments.

- Feasibility Study Working Group with PMBC Subcommittee and Gale Associates. September 2010 to present.
- Permanent Municipal Building Committee (PMBC) Meetings. June 2010 to present.
